Local residents have an extra opportunity to recycle this weekend. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:
Tri-State Resource Recovery will open its facility Saturday for an extra recycling drop-off day.
The facility at Morgan Avenue and Read Street will be open from 8 to 11 AM.
Tri-State is usually open for recycling just Monday through Friday from 8 to 3.
The facility offers an opportunity to recycle glass, which is not accepted through the city of Evansville’s curbside program.
