The city of Evansville is inviting residents to a community budget forum Thursday evening. WNIN’s John Gibson has a preview:
The forum is set for 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. at McCullough Library on Washington Avenue.
It’s part of an effort to collect public input on 2027 budget priorities, including public safety, infrastructure, housing, sustainability, and more.
The city has also launched an online Community Budget Survey.
Officials it’s an opportunity to ensure the city’s investments reflect what matters most to you.
They say the online survey takes less than five minutes to complete and is open through April 30th.
