A busy exit ramp on Evansville’s East Side will be closed for a month, starting as soon as Thursday. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:
The Indiana Department of Transportation says crews will shut down the southbound I-69 exit to westbound Lloyd Expressway for completion of a new ramp configuration.
INDOT says a detour route will be marked with signs at the intersection.
The new ramp alignment from I-69 to the Lloyd is expected to open April 18th, weather permitting.
It’s part of the Lloyd4U initiative that continues on both the east and west sections of the expressway in Evansville and Vanderburgh County.
