Evansville’s first Traveling City Hall of 2026 is set for later this month. WNIN’s John Gibson has more:
The first of four events is scheduled for Wednesday, February 25th, at USI’s Carter Hall.
This year, officials say they’re putting an emphasis on opportunities to conduct city business at Traveling City Halls.
Residents will be able to pay bills, ask questions about city services, submit forms, and get help navigating city departments – all without having to go to the Civic Center.
The next three traveling city halls are tentatively set for April 29th, August 5th, and November 11th.
Mayor Stephanie Terry says the events are all about “access.”
