Evansville firefighters have extinguished a house fire. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:
Crews were dispatched to the home in the 900 block of Nottingham Court on the city’s far East Side at about 7:15 Wednesday morning.
A resident told Central Dispatch that a vaporizer caught fire and flames spread through a bedroom.
The resident was able to get out of the burning home and there was no word of injuries.
Crews requested an extra fire truck and they quickly extinguished the flames.
There’s no word yet on the official cause of the fire.
