Three people, including a child, were injured when a house exploded in Henderson County. WNIN’s John Gibson reports:
It happened Saturday in the community of Niagara.
When firefighters arrived they found the blast had sparked a fire that was consuming the home.
The three occupants were able to get out of the home and were with neighbors when first responders arrived.
Niagara Volunteer Fire Department Chief Glenn Powell says Harold, Kim and 5-year-old Nicole Dover were taken to hospitals.
Powell says natural gas caused the explosion.
He also says gas apparently kept the fire burning.
An investigation continues.
