Evansville’s biggest annual festival is less than a month away. WNIN’s John Gibson has a preview:
The West Side Nut Club’s 104th Fall Festival is set for October 6th through the 11th on W. Franklin St.
The club has already released its Munchy Map, and recently distributed proceeds from last year’s festival.
During its Founder’s Day Banquet, the Nut Club announced donations of tens of thousands of dollars to dozens of local non-profits.
2025 Chairman Evan Brinkmeyer said “the community shows up for us, and we are proud to show up for them.”
The festival is also a major fundraiser for non-profits who operate food booths along Franklin St.
The fest also features carnival rides, parades, and a wildly popular half-pot drawing.
