The Webster County coroner says 30-year-old Heather Greer of Henderson and 31-year-old Gregory Lundy of Indianapolis died in the two-vehicle crash.
They were driving the cars that collided early Saturday morning on the highway near the community of Slaughters.
Greer and Lundy were airlifted to an Evansville hospital where they succumbed to their injuries.
A passenger from each car was also taken to a hospital with serious injuries.
There was no word of their names.
