Fire has severely damaged a home in Oakland City. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:
Firefighters were dispatched to the home in the 300 block of S. Franklin St. in Oakland City at about 6:20 Tuesday night.
Upon arrival, they found smoke and flames coming from the house.
Firefighters extinguished the blaze and there was no word of injuries to people.
There were reports of pets in the house.
Officials also reported water main breaks in the neighborhood.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
