A new terminal for private flyers has opened at Evansville Regional Airport. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:
A ribbon was cut Tuesday, opening the United Companies Air Center.
It replaces the former Tri-State Aero which served private flyers for decades off Highway 41 North.
Officials say the new facility offers enhanced services, expanded hangar space, and a “reimagined experience for general aviation in our region.”
They call the new terminal a “significant investment.”
