Pothole Patching Coming to West Lloyd

File

The two-day effort is expected to delay morning traffic in the already lane-restricted area

Officials are warning of “significant delays” when crews patch potholes on the West Lloyd Expressway. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:

Crews expect to start the two-day patching operation Tuesday on the Lloyd between the Posey County line and Rosenberger Avenue.

The area is already down to one lane in each direction for the Lloyd for You initiative.

INDOT says crews will start near Posey County Line Road and work east towards Rosenberger.

The agency says significant delays are expected during the morning commute on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Work is expected to begin at 4 a.m. and conclude on or after 2 p.m. each day.
