You have an opportunity to drop off electronics for recycling in Vanderburgh County Saturday, April 12. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:
The Solid Waste District is conducting an Electronics Recycle Day at C-and-I Electronics on Inglefield Road, just west of Highway 41.
The event is from 8 a.m. until noon Saturday.
The district says a variety of electronic materials will be accepted for recycling at no charge, including but not limited to, computers and computer related equipment, laptops, printers, monitors, modems, scanners, TVs, DVD players, DVR devices, digital cameras and fax machines.
Items NOT accepted include copy machines and appliances, including microwave ovens.
The program is for Vanderburgh County households only.
Items from businesses will not be accepted.
