Crouch to Lead Deaconess Fund Raising Efforts

Deaconess Health System

The former Lt. Gov. has been named Executive Director of the Deaconess Foundation

Former Indiana Lt. Governor Suzanne Crouch will lead the Deaconess Foundation in Evansville. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:

The local native has been named the Executive Director of the Deaconess Foundation, effective this month.

Deaconess says Crouch brings decades of leadership experience in government, community engagement and fundraising to her new role.

She’ll lead the foundation’s long-term fundraising strategies, oversee capital campaigns, cultivate individual gifts, and guide foundation-led events.

Crouch will also oversee regional foundation officers and lead the operations of Deaconess Volunteer Services and Gift Shops.

Deaconess Henderson CEO and overseer of the Foundation, Linda White, calls Crouch “an exceptional choice” to lead the foundation.

Crouch says supporting Deaconess in this capacity is “both an honor and a privilege.”

She says she looks forward to enhancing access to quality healthcare and building on “the strong foundation of philanthropy that’s part of Deaconess’ legacy.”
