Ascension Launching Mental Health Program

Ascension St. Vincent

An open house for the Harmony Program is set for Thursday at Ascension Warrick

Ascension St. Vincent is launching a mental health program for older residents in Warrick County. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:

Ascension Behavioral Health says its Harmony Program offers intensive outpatient care for patients ages 55 and older.

It’s designed for adults experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, or similar concerns.

Ascension says group therapy is offered 3 hours a day, 3-to-4 days a week.

Participants will also meet with a counselor individually and a psychiatric nurse practitioner to explore options for psychiatric medications.

The public is invited to attend an open house this week to learn more about the Harmony Program.

The event is Thursday at Ascension St. Vincent Warrick, 1116 Millis Ave., in Boonville, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.
