The city of Evansville is looking ahead to spring cleaning. WNIN’s John Gibson explains:

Mayor Stephanie Terry will host three Block-by-Block Neighborhood Cleanup programs, beginning Friday, March 21st in the CHAIN neighborhood – which includes Cedar Hall School.

Terry says she plans to build on the cleanups this year, hosting eight events between March and October.

In addition to the clean-up in the CHAIN neighborhood on March 21st,

another is planned for Friday, April 25, in the Lamasco Neighborhood and a third on Saturday, May 31, in the Tepe Park Neighborhood

The CHAIN Neighborhood event also will include demolishing a blighted structure.
