Stubborn Fire Destroys Sebree Home

A dog was rescued, no injuries were reported

Fire has destroyed a home in Sebree, Kentucky. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:

The blaze broke out Thursday afternoon in the 12,000 block of Kentucky State Road 132-East.

Reports say no one was home except a pet dog which was rescued.

Firefighters battled the stubborn fire for several hours and the home was a total loss.

The Red Cross was notified to assist the residents.

There’s no word on how the fire started.

The blaze and the firefighting effort shut down State Road 132-East in Sebree late into the evening.
