The new collaborative effort comes as the company seeks an electric rate increase

CenterPoint Energy has announced an initiative that offers residential and small business customers a chance to meet with company leaders. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:

CenterPoint says the launch of its Customer Experience Collaborative will offer a “direct engagement opportunity.”

The company says it will bring together customers from across CenterPoint’s southwestern Indiana service area, representing diverse perspectives and needs.

Meetings will be structured in two parts: company representatives will present on various aspects of operations and activities, followed by a collaborative session where participants will share their insights and feedback.

CenterPoint says it’s partnered with an independent professional services firm to manage the selection of participants and facilitate the meetings.

The application process and recruitment will take place through mid-October, with the first meeting scheduled for November.
