Willard Public Library
Willard Public Library on First Ave. in Evansville

The event will offer residents an opportunity to learn about their family roots

You have an opportunity to dig into your family history at Willard Library next week. WNIN’s John Gibson has a preview:

Willard’s new 'Genealogy Quest' is set for Tuesday through Friday at the historic library on First Avenue in Evansville.

Willard calls it an evolution of its former conference, Almost Midnight Madness.

The library invites genealogy enthusiasts, seasoned researchers, and beginners alike to dive into the world of discovering family history.

The conference will run daily from 8 AM to 9 PM, offering a wide array of presentations, workshops, and interactive sessions designed to help attendees uncover their ancestral roots.

Willard also promises prizes, giveaways, and food trucks.

Registration is free on the Willard Library website.
