An Evansville-based truck equipment company says it’s expanding into Louisville. WNIN’s John Gibson reports:
Meyer Truck Equipment has announced its acquisition of Auto One, which Meyer describes as a respected name in the Louisville market.
Meyer says the move “solidifies its presence in the commercial upfitting industry.”
The company provides shelving, bed liners, truck accessories, and electronics.
Details of the deal were not announced.
The official closing and transition date for the acquisition is July 1st.
