A teen is dead and two others are injured after a train crashed into an SUV in Knox County. WNIN’s John Gibson has more:
It happened Sunday afternoon at a crossing on Joseph Emison Road, just north of Vincennes.
The Knox County Sheriff’s Office says 18-year-old Noah Strange was driving the SUV and tried to cross railroad tracks, when a freight train hit the vehicle.
Strange was killed in the crash and two juveniles in the SUV were injured.
The two juvenile were taken to Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes with serious injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
