Mount St. Mary's University
Amanda Krause, Ph.D.

Dr. Amanda Krause will lead the William Ridgeway College

The University of Evansville has named a new dean of its College of Arts and Sciences. WNIN’s John Gibson reports:

UE says Dr. Amanda Krause will lead the William Ridgeway College, starting July 1st.

Krause joins UE from Mount St. Mary's University in Maryland, where she currently serves as Director of International Programs and Associate Professor of Political Science.

While there, she has overseen Study Abroad programs and programming for international students.

Krause earned her Ph.D. in Political Science at the University of Missouri.

In a release, Krause says she’s eager to work with the UE community and continue her commitment as an engaged citizen, both on and off campus.

Krause replaces former Dean Ray Lutgring who left UE last year to become Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at Lindsey Wilson College.
