The Evansville Museum has named an honorary lifetime trustee. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:
The museum’s Board of Trustees voted to award the lifetime status to Evansville philanthropist Stephanie Engelbrecht.
Board President Adam Borgman cited Engelbrecht’s 20-year involvement with the Museum including her five years of leadership in the Museum Guild.
Museum Executive Director Mary Bower praised Engelbrecht for continuing the longstanding commitment started by her late husband, John D. Engelbrecht.
Stephanie Engelbrecht currently chairs the Search Committee for the Museum’s next Executive Director, as Bower prepares to retire.
