A person is dead after a single-vehicle crash in Evansville. WNIN’s John Gibson reports:
It happened at about 3:45 Thursday afternoon in the 6600 block of Kratzville Road.
Evansville Police Officer Taylor Merriss says the vehicle drove off the roadway, hit a mailbox and a brick embankment, and then flipped.
Merriss says the driver was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver was the only person in the vehicle.
The Vanderburgh County Coroner’s Office has not yet released the victim’s name.
