Utility officials say the water is safe to drink at Eastland Mall. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:
The Evansville Water and Sewer Utility has lifted the boil water advisory it issued last week for an area that included the mall.
The advisory followed a water main break in the 800 block of N. Green River Road.
The break on Green River was among dozens that utility crews dealt with after a cold snap followed by warmer weather.
The temperature change ruptured a number of underground lines.
