Some Posey County residents are being urged to boil their tap water. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:
Officials have issued a Boil Water Advisory for Mt. Vernon Water customers west of West Elementary School.
The area includes the Park Ridge and Country Club subdivisions.
Customers in that area should boil tap water for at least five minutes before using it for cooking or drinking.
Officials anticipate the order will be lifted late Friday afternoon.
