New restrictions are coming to a busy Warrick County intersection next week. WNIN’s John Gibson has the update:
The Indiana Department of Transportation says State Road 66 at Epworth Road will be restricted to two narrow lanes in both directions, as soon as Tuesday.
All four lanes will be reduced to 10-feet wide with a “wide load detour” in place during this phase of the project.
Left turns will also be prohibited from westbound 66 to southbound Epworth, except for emergency vehicles.
INDOT says the intersection improvement project is expected to wrap up in May.
