Another restriction is coming to I-69 in the Evansville area. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:
The Indiana Department of Transportation says crews will close the ramp from northbound I-69 to State Road 57, as soon as Monday.
INDOT says the closure will allow crews to patch concrete, repair pavement joints, and fix joints on the ramp.
The work is expected to take a week, depending on the weather.
The closure is in addition to lane restrictions on southbound I-69 between Boonville-New Harmony Road and Pigeon Creek for pavement work and the closure of the ramp from westbound State Road 66 to northbound I-69, as part of the work near Epworth Road.
We’ve also seen lane restrictions on I-69 between state roads 68 and 168 in Gibson County during a busy construction season.
