An Evansville library has reopened inside a shopping mall. WNIN’s John Gibson has the story:
McCullough Library closed last month for a renovation and has moved to a temporary home inside the nearby Washington Square Mall.

The library has set up shop in the northern part of the mall, near the Goodwill store.

The $4 million renovation of the library on Washington Avenue is expected to be completed in mid-2024.
The project is being funded by a bond issuance that was approved by both the Library Board and the Evansville City Council last year.
The EVPL says the bonding keeps the library's debt service tax rate neutral.
