The longtime chairman and CEO of Jasper-based Kimball Electronics has died. WNIN’s John Gibson has the story:
Don Charron passed away after 24 years at Kimball.
He retired as Chairman and CEO in March.
In a release, Kimball said Charron was a strong believer in doing the right thing and that he shaped the company’s “guiding principles.”
The company called him “an approachable leader, role model, and mentor.”
Charron led Kimball Electronics through the spin-off from Kimball International to an independent, publicly traded company.
Online condolences can be shared on the website of Becher Kluesner Funeral Home of Jasper.
