A worker is dead after an accident in a construction zone in Wadesville. WNIN’s John Gibson has more:
First responders were dispatched to State Road 66 and Springfield Road shortly before 10:00 Friday morning.
Reports from the scene indicated a dump truck backed over a worker in the zone.
There was no word on the victim’s name as of Friday afternoon.
Crews have been working on the pavement along 66 in Posey County for several weeks.
