The winner of the 2023 Hadi Half-Pothas come forward. WNIN’s John Gibson has more:
Officials say the winner purchased their ticket at the Shrine’s Ticket Office in Downtown Evansville on Monday, June 19th.
The winner was selected randomly using what the Shrine called state-certified raffle software Saturday evening at Shriners Fest.
This year, the Hadi Half-Pot topped $214,000.
The winner accepted their half, which was more than $107,000 before taxes.
The proceeds go to the Shrine's programs.
Officials said the winner wants to remain anonymous.
