Some badly needed rain fell over the weekend. WNIN’s John Gibson reports:
The National Weather Service measured just over a half-inch of rain at Evansville Regional Airport on Sunday.
While helpful, the area remains below average for rainfall for the year.
Sunday’s rain caused as two-hour delay at the Evansville Otters game and likely spoiled some other outdoor plans.
No severe weather was reported in the area.
