A pride festival and parade is planned for Downtown Evansville on Saturday. WNIN’s John Gibson has more:
River City Pride says the parade begins at noon at 5th and Main Street and will travel down Main to 2nd Street.
It will launch a day-long festival on Main, with food trucks, community vendors, nonprofits, and live entertainment until 10 p.m.
On its Facebook page, River City Pride invites friends, family, and allies to a – quote – “unforgettable day of love, acceptance, and pure joy.”
