A new attraction has opened on Evansville’s riverfront. WNIN’s John Gibson reports:
The Cascade at the Sunrise Pump Station is open to visitors near the Veterans Memorial Parkway and Shawnee Drive.

The Downtown Evansville organization says the pump station is part of the expansion of the Water & Sewer Utility’s treatment plant.
The group says the cascade returns treated water back to the Ohio River.

Work on a new skate park is also underway in that area.
