Firefighters extinguished a blaze at a Henderson paper mill. WNIN’s John Gibson reports:
Crews responded to International Paper at 1500 Commonwealth Drive just before 5:00 Tuesday evening.
The fire was reported in the dryer section of the mill and smoke was visible outside the facility.
Employees were evacuated and Henderson firefighters contained the blaze.
No injuries were reported and employees were expected to report to work as usual Wednesday.
There was no word on how the fire started.
