A legal recreational marijuana dispensary is in the works for the Evansville area. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:
Chicago-based Terrabis is planning a retail location in Grayville, Illinois.
It will be on Koehler Road near the I-64 Grayville Exit – about 45 minutes from Evansville.
Recreational cannabis is legal in Illinois. Terrabis also operates five dispensaries in Missouri.
The company says the Grayville facility will open this spring and employ 30-to-40 workers.
Its products will be available to adults only ages 21 and older.
Terrabis touts itself as one of the Midwest's leading retailers of medical and recreational cannabis.
The Grayville location will offer only recreational items.
