The Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation has announced a new absence reporting system. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:
The school district says the system called SafeArrival will be part of its larger SchoolMessenger family notification system.
Beginning Monday, parents or guardians can use SafeArrival to more quickly report student absences, including full days or partial days.
The EVSC says parents can also use the system to report instances when students need to leave early or arrive late to school.
More information on the SafeArrival system can be found at evscschools.com/attendance.
