The Vanderburgh Community Foundation is accepting applications for its Community Good Grants Program. WNIN’s Sarah Kuper has details:
The Foundation gives the Community Good grants to charitable partners serving Vanderburgh County.
To qualify, the organizations must show long-range and realistic plans for a program. They must explain the possibilities for collaboration with other similarly-minded institutions.
Ideally, programs would take a preventative approach to addressing community issues and solving problems.
There are projects and organizations that are not eligible – religious entities, political parties and capital campaigns for example.
The application for the Community Good grants can be found at community foundation alliance.org/grant
Applications are due March 18th.
