The Tri-State faces the risk of high winds and heavy rain. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:
The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch that goes into effect at midnight and lasts through Tuesday evening.
Forecasters say excessive rainfall and flash flooding will be possible. River flooding continues as well.
The weather service is also warning of possible severe storms packing damaging winds, large hail, and even tornadoes.
Gusty non-thunderstorm wind gusts up to 30 mph are expected through the day on Tuesday.
Another round of rain is expected Wednesday evening
through Thursday evening, with a wintry mix possible north and west of the Ohio River.
