The facility will house numerous health professions programs for the University of Evansville, the University of Southern Indiana and the Indiana University Medical School Evansville campus. The programs will work side by side to create a transformational approach to health care and medical education.

While hundreds of miles apart, local family talks plainly about death

Advance directives, the plans that guide end-of-life care,  often encourage casual one-on-one conversations with family members or trusted family friends, long before any forms are signed.

Evansville resident Rebekah Dodd visted WNIN to make a long-distance phone call to her parents, Sandy and Allen, who are currently doing missionary work in Guatemala.

And she brings this interesting perspective, she's a paralegal who helps clients with estate planning.
