A Second Chance at Life: Part Three

Debbie Baigrie

A 13-year-old boy was charged with attempted murder and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole in 1990.

In a combination of phone and in-person interviews, I talk to Ian Manuel on this part three of his story about the 18 years he spent in solitary confinement and being free at 40 years of age.

Later this week, I will be sharing the full phone and in-person interviews with Ian Manuel.
