Employees of Old National Bank are eligible to further their education at Ivy Tech for free.
The banking company and the technical college have announced a partnership called Achieve Your Degree.
It pays for classes at Ivy Tech for Old National associates who want to improve their skills and move up the ladder.
President and CEO Bob Jones says Old National employs 2800 associates, and they're all eligible.
Ivy Tech Chancellor Jonathan Weinzapfel says the partnership is needed to help boost the state’s college attainment rate and to close the “skills gap” that employers face.
