A man found shot to death on Evansville’s East Side Sunday night is being remembered as a talented musician and disc jockey.
41-year-old Shane Breedlove of Evansville was found dead on the sidewalk in the 6000 block of Washington Avenue at Thompson at about 9:20 p.m.
Breedlove worked as a DJ at several local nightclubs, including KC’s Time Out Lounge which has posted a tribute on its Facebook page, asking for prayers for Breedlove’s family and friends.
Police Sgt. Jason Cullum tells the Courier and Press that anyone who was in the area of the shooting between 9:15 and 9:25 Sunday night to call police and help the investigation.
